Maintenance Plan for Week 20 and new bite app/video

Back from Vacation and back on track!  

Yesterday I found a Youtube video and a new app for Bite counting!


The instructions on this video on how to establish a baseline and then decrease bites is very similar to the instructions outlined in the Family Circle article in the first post on my blog found here http://countyourbites.blogspot.com/2013/11/count-bites-not-calories-doctors-new.html

The app actually helps you get started with a baseline number of bites and then decrease I think, which would be good for some newbies and to track bites. And its FREE!

Monday-Thursday (N days): 25 bites


N day Plan..



Meal 1 7-7:30 AM-  3 bites

Meal 2   Noon- 12:15  7 bites

Meal 3 6-6:30 or when family eats 15 bites



Total: 25 Bites

Maintenance Plan for Week 18

 Hi! We are going on Vacation, God willing next Friday night through part of Monday, and I would like to have 4 FREE CAPITAL S DAYS, so I my goal is kind of to get down to 139 pounds, so I can relax for 4 days. So I am going down to 25 bites.


Current Weight: 144  lbs   Current BMI  22.9

Below   5 lb Maintenance Range (144.5 to 149.5)

I havent been perfect in counting bites every single day the last 2 or 3 weeks, but I am still counting!

Monday-Friday (N days): 35 bites
Saturday-Sunday (S days): 45 bites

N day Plan..


7:30 or before Start exercising 3-4 miles?

Meal 1 7-7:30 AM-  5 bites

Meal 2   Noon- 12:15  10 bites

Meal 3 6-6:30 or when family eats 20 bites



Total: 35 Bites
