Bite counting works as a long term way to lose the weight and keep it off.
IT is a way of control. It makes me feel in control to count my bites and stay on my plan!
Make a plan for yourself for a week and stick to it, even if you dont feel like it! That is the key. Doing stuff and being consistent when we dont really want to, then we see results!

Great job! I really do believe this works. I am currently eating 80 bites, and will continue even if I have to eat salad for one meal a day. So far weight loss is slow, but I will stick with it.

Hi! I am still here! I am just going through some issues...Financial problems, I am having a few health issues... not having a period at all with PCOS, ect ect. I am still counting my bites, even though I am not perfect :) I will try to update in the next week or so! thanks for commenting! Are you counting bites?
