Bites diary over long term

Here is a diary of each days aprox bites ect! I started out eating whenever I wanted, then progressed to 4 times a day, then 3-4 times a day in a 8 hour eating window and finally in December went to 3 times a day eating in a 5 hour eating window (Fast-5) which only accelerated my results! Keep in mind I eat very calorie rich food and I am gradually introducing fruits and veggies back into my diet. I also take a 6 a day multivitamin and 3000 mg of EPA acid from fish oil a day.


I track all my bites daily into an iphone app called Daily Tracker, I mentioned in a previous post. It has graphs and averages my bites per week, month, and up to 2 years it keeps track of. I can see my progress over the long term this way! I also track miles, bites of fruits/veggies, my daily weight in this app.
