Maintenance Plan for Week 20 and new bite app/video

Back from Vacation and back on track!  

Yesterday I found a Youtube video and a new app for Bite counting!

The instructions on this video on how to establish a baseline and then decrease bites is very similar to the instructions outlined in the Family Circle article in the first post on my blog found here


The app actually helps you get started with a baseline number of bites and then decrease I think, which would be good for some newbies and to track bites. And its FREE!

Monday-Thursday (N days): 25 bites

N day Plan..

Meal 1 7-7:30 AM-  3 bites

Meal 2   Noon- 12:15  7 bites

Meal 3 6-6:30 or when family eats 15 bites

Total: 25 Bites
