Maintenance Plan for Week 16

Current Weight: 145.4  lbs   Current BMI  23.1

Inside   5 lb Maintenance Range (144.5 to 149.5)

Week 16 Maintenance Plan....

Monday-Friday (N days): 35 bites
Saturday-Sunday (S days): 45 bites

N day Plan..

7:30 or before Start exercising 3-4 miles

Meal 1 7-7:30 AM-  5 bites

Meal 2   Noon- 12:15  10 bites

Meal 3 6-6:30 or when family eats 20 bites

Total: 35 Bites


  1. This is such a fantastic blog. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us and congratulations on your weight loss and maintenance! I've started counting bites about 3 weeks, and I've lost 8lbs eating 20 bites a day. Although, this past week I was eating an extra 5-10 bites and my weight hasn't budged! I now weight 183 and am 5'5. I don't exercise (just run around after my little ones). Do you have any suggestions for me? I am guessing I need to drop back down to 20 bites a day.

      Yes you probably need to drop your bites to 20 again. Dropping bites 3-5 less per day for a week and see If you drop
